Thursday 1st May 2014, saw the long awaited launch of Peter Wetherell`s book “The Story of Mayfair: From 1664 onward”.  The  new book co-authored by Peter Wetherell, Erik Brown and Oliver Bradbury which looks at the social, financial and physical development of Mayfair, one of the world’s most famous addresses over 350 years, with a fascinating final chapter reviewing the potential future of Mayfair up to 2030.

Held at the historic bookshop Maggs Bros in 50 Berkeley Square the guest listed included dignataries, stakeholders, residents and press from Mayfair & the West End.

The Pol Roger flowed, the Urban Caprice Canapés circulated and Antoine Guadio of 34 shook Berkeley Square Gin`s signature cocktail, “A Nightingale Sang..”  in the garden which despite the inclement weather attracted a vibrant crowd.
