In celebration of the Royal Academy of Arts’ landmark exhibition, Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse, Le Caprice have partnered with Perrier-Jouët Champagne to bring a stunning, garden terrace and dining experience to St James’s. The exhibition runs from 30 January to 20 April 2016 and sees Claude Monet’s water lily paintings, the Agapanthus Triptych, brought to the UK and on show in Europe for the first time. For the duration of the exhibition, Le Caprice opens its terrace, redesigned in partnership with Perrier-Jouët, as a beautiful modern city garden. The ‘Modern Mayfair Garden Experience’ offers a two course menu, designed in keeping with the garden theme, and a ticket for the exhibition, sponsored by BNY Mellon, at £38 per person. Diners will also be treated to a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne and receive a rose hand cream from Floris – a reminder that a day spent with art, Champagne, fine cuisine and the outdoors, will have everything coming up roses.
