Few parts of central London are more exclusive than the pocket between Savile Row and Old Bond Street.

For generations it has been a mainly commercial zone, famous for bespoke tailoring, high-end fashion boutiques and art galleries — yet remarkably, not as a residential area.

This is changing with a crop of new housing projects aimed at rich people who love art and culture, good architecture and design, or at least like to be in the midst of the fine things in life.
