Greybrook House, a new development in a restored Art Deco building in London’s posh Mayfair neighborhood, hit the market Wednesday for £46 million (US$61 million). Formerly listed as individual apartments, the building is now for sale in its entirety for the first time.

The building was constructed in 1929, an attempt from the German piano manufacturer Bechstein to re-establish a visible presence in the British piano market following World War I. The company was at one time the largest producer of pianos in London, according to a news release.
