34’s chef Harvey Ayliffe has been tapping into his US repertoire, and is offering up New England shellfish chowder, roast Norfolk Bronze turkey, cranberry stuffing, sweet potato gratin, buttered sprout tops, caramel pumpkin pie and maple ice cream.
