Delectable French cuisine made by one of France’s greatest exports Hélène Darroze, one of France’s most distinguished chefs, is taking the gastronomic experience at The Connaught into a new and exciting phase. Inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavors, Hélène’s cuisine has its roots in her native Landes region of south west France. Already a holder of a Michelin star for her restaurant on Paris’s Left Bank, she received her two Michelin stars for Hélène Darroze at the Connaught.
