Head Pastry Chef at 34, Alice Hall, has pushed out the culinary boundaries to create a signature Cru Virunga chocolate bombe with a difference. Available at lunch and dinner from 8 to 22 February, customers of 34 will be able to try this chocolate sphere covered with red glitter dust, filled with Turkish delight ice cream, Turkish delight jelly and chocolate crackle crystals, and served with candied rose petals and hot chocolate sauce.
