Grosvenor Square

Mayfair’s Grosvenor Square is one address where people have always been prepared to pay a premium and yet when compared to other notable London garden Squares it appears undervalued for such an internationally known address. It is one of few places where flats in excess of 3,500 square foot exist and flats overlooking the Square’s gardens rarely become available, although one recently sold privately for a price in excess of £900 per square foot.
