What a selection in Mayfair

Mayfair historically suffers form a lack of residential property available at any one time. A frustrating phenomena for the keen buyer in the market.

However the situation now is that there is a better selection than for many a year.


The Temporary Office Permissions (T.O.P’s) on a large number of buildings expired in the early 1990’s.

Mayfair is now seeing the return of these buildings back to their original residential use as houses, flats and maisonettes.

Blocks of Flats

Eight blocks are currently available in Mayfair ranging in size from five one bedroom flats off Bond Street at £1.2M to five units overlooking Hyde Park in Park Lane for £9.5M.

Mayfair’s only new block with underground garaging has just been launched by Wetherell comprising seven one, two and three bedroom flats at £2.75M.


Usually a rare commodity as there are few per building however at present we are offering five penthouses and clients of ours are currently building four of the best penthouses in London.

Prices range from £550,000 upwards.

New Build

There are eight developments or restorations currently available of houses, flats and maisonettes.
The first new build house for many years in Culross Street has 5.500 square feet of accommodation and includes a double garage and roof terrace. Price £1.85M.

Two old buildings in Park Street have recently been restored and now offer two bedroom flats of a size that are rarely seen in new developments.
