I have pleasure in providing a link to download the pdf for our latest Wetherell Research on the local Mayfair residential market.

Mayfair`s Golden Decade PDF

“Mayfair’s Golden Decade” sets out the Wetherell view that the area is currently experiencing its most exciting 10 years in nearly a century.

For Mayfair homes valued over £15 million, the new Wetherell report highlights that the average household in this top price bracket will spend £4.5 million in Mayfair for the typical periods they spend in the capital. Even a stay of just one day in the capital can create expenditure of £50,000 into the local London economy.

Whilst other prime central London locations are reporting a more challenging market, Wetherell argue that now is the time for Mayfair to shine and once again regain the crown as London’s No.1 area. Our report details the contributing factors that are creating this “market bucking” effect.

“Don’t wait to buy in Mayfair – buy in Mayfair and wait” is the Wetherell view as we firmly believe that the best is yet to come.

MOUNT STREET CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
The official start to Christmas happened yesterday with the launch of the 2016 John Lewis Christmas TV advertisement.
The lights are now on for Oxford Street and the Christmas lights and decorations in Old & New Bond Street are stunning.
Time is nearing once again for The Mount Street Christmas Lights Evening when our shops stay open for their loyal customers and to dispense their festive cheer.

Our Mount Street Ambassador this year is “Dating Guru” – Fred Sirieix.
Our Mayfair Fred has been the General Manager of Galvin’s on the top floor of The Hilton on Park Lane for many years but is also currently the man of the moment from reality TV’s “First Dates” programme – as Maître D of the first date restaurant his words of wisdom when it comes to love have made him the nation’s favourite dating guru.
